Piano Audition (Full-Time)

Application Process: Two Rounds

1. Pre-screening by video submission

2. Live audition (by invitation)

Important Dates

• August 11, 2025 – Deadline for pre-screening submission

• August 25, 2025 – Notification of pre-screening results via email

• October 9, 2025 – Live audition at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX

Eligibility Requirements

In addition to passing the audition, applicants must meet all USAF enlistment criteria, including:

• Age

• Height/weight standards

• Medical fitness

• Legal background

• Financial responsibility

• U.S. citizenship

Applicants invited to the live round must be pre-qualified for basic military training by a USAF recruiter. The audition coordinator will assist you with this process.

Potential Assignment Locations

Qualified applicants may be assigned to any USAF Regional Band, based on Air Force needs. Current locations include:

• Langley AFB (VA)

• Wright-Patterson AFB (OH)

• Scott AFB (IL)

• Offutt AFB (NE)

• Lackland AFB (TX)

• Travis AFB (CA)

• Ramstein AB (Germany)

• Hickam AFB (HI)

• Yokota AB (Japan)
